As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific legal violation. VibeDeploy is a hosting service: content of apps that our users publish via VibeDeploy is third-party information within the meaning of §§ 7 ff. DDG, for which solely the deploying person is responsible. If we become aware of unlawful content, we will investigate and block or remove the affected app.

Our service contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; unlawful content was not recognizable at that time.

Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is, however, not reasonable without concrete indications of a legal violation. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
